When I first started seeing my current T, she wanted me to close my eyes and concentrate on my breathing. I was embarrassed! She said she was going to do it too! So I cheated and peeked! Sure enough, HER eyes were closed! It took a while to get used to breathing with her. But you know the rest. Now I can hold her hand, close my eyes, and completely relax.
