you have nothing to apoligise for, all i can say is go back to your gp and tell him/her you were not happy with the outcome of todays appointment, if you shout about it louldly you should be heard, also try writing to your local mp and tell him how you have been treated by the nhs and that the advice they gave you was to go private, i emailed our mp when i was complaining about our housing problems
