You have to INSIST on treatment NOW - really be the squeaky wheel, do not back down or give up until you receive treatment. Go to the ER and tell them you're suicidal...whatever it takes to get the help you obviously need. These days health care is a competition - those who yell loudest get heard. It's pathetic, but true.
