Nope typically due to dopamine blockade and only when it's active...I had it on antipsychotics and reducing the dose by 2.5 mg got rid of it. It's not always possible to do that though and there are treatments that will work in important situations...so my doc offered me propranolol which he said sometimes surgeons will take before operating to stop hand shake. I never had it bad enough to bother with another med though but talk to your doc if it's an issue.
