Hi, jazzyspazzy, and welcome to Psych Central! Well, you might try finding some books that give advice about how to cope with ADD/DHD and implement the techniques, just assuming you do have it. If you don't have it, then you might be out some money but probably the techniques wouldn't hurt anything.

Have you checked the sticky about resources at the top of this forum, looking specifically for ways to deal with ADD/ADHD? Maybe that would be an inexpensive route!
