please talk to a doctor about quitting your meds. It can be very dangerous to go off cold turkey. If your doctor says its okay and won't be too dangerous by all means go ahead, but please talk to a medical proffesional about it so we know you are safe. Or (if you still refuse to talk to a doctor) at least try to reduce your dose or take them every other day. Also what meds are you quitting?(just curious)
