I've been using it for several years. The only side effect I've experienced is sexual. And yeah that is a big deal but the med does work. As the others mentioned some people have hell getting off of it. Some don't. I've stopped twice. The first time was awful. The second time my doc prescribed a low dose of Prozac that helped with the withdrawal problems. Almost completely mitigated them. I've never taken a higher dosage than 75mg.
