I agree with Septembermorn,

It takes time for the medicine to start working all the way. I have been on alot of different meds and now am on Effexor XR and it is helping me. Though some here may have positive or negative opinions on this or other medications, the people are all individuals and what works for some may not work for another. You will never know how it will work for you if you do not take it as prescribed by your doctor. It takes time to find out for sure. I hope you are able to give it a try, and wait it out and see if it helps you. Take Care.
