I posted a lot but my main point would be to look at it in whatever way works for you to keep you sober.
I don't know how old you are, but maybe it never developed into alcoholism/addiction.
The main thing in my view is to stay sober however it is that works for you.

Klonopin .5mg twice a day, cutting this back
