Every once in a while I get one of extremely tired days. I hate those because I feel they are wasted days.
Sometimes even when I did sleep enough (like today) sometimes when I didn´t.
The problem is, I´m SO tired, but I cannot nap anymore during the day.
So I´m too wound up to nap, but too tired to do anything (I usually do stuff anyways, but it´s EXHAUSTING and usually not much fun).
Do you get it too? What do you do then? Any ideas for activities for these tired days? Where do they come from when you´ve slept enough?
