I know that many people with dyslexia can have that kind of problem, but you would also have trouble with things like reading, handwriting, reading comprehension, spelling, etc. if you were dyslexic.

My mom does that kind of stuff all the time, especially mixing up left and right and always calling people by the wrong names - like interchanging the names of her sisters or children. Usually she just uses one wrong one first and quickly corrects herself, but every once in a while she will call me the names of both of my brothers before getting it right. She's been doing that for a long time and it's not a memory getting worse with age thing at all.

I don't think it's really a problem of any kind unless you are also having other issues that this is related to (like dyslexia for example).
