Oh I see the sleep aspect is short lived. Yeah I am going to move my second dose to the afternoon because I don't think if does anything for my sleep. Unfortunately the Remeron only gets me four hours and I start waking up and missing deep sleep. For me the SSRI's and SSNRI's cause this.
