Yeah I'm kinda worried bc I really struggle with sleep. If I'm not sleeping I end up in a not so good place.

Newtus--I was on here a couple yrs ago and you were having the same problems of going on and off ur meds. I think u need to make a decision. Do u want to be on meds of ur choice and possibly gain weight? Or keep fighting it and probably end up in a hospital that u don't want to be in, and possible injections. And as far as forgetting them, if it's important to you u won't forget them. I have two sz in my life and they never forget them bc it's extremely important to them. Time to make a decision and stick to it.
