See if ur doc will prescribe metformin. Or try abilify, latuda, geodon or the other weight neutral aps.

Those don't work for me bc of the akathisia, but u could try them. I just would hate to see you on the shot again. I know it's hard deciding between weight gain and psychosis. I know, believe me I've had the talk with my psych nurse many times. But for now I need stability so I'm taking risperdal again...

I hope u find one that works without the weight gain.
