Been there lately Talanic. Whereas there are lots of things some of us try to do to combat symptoms related to our disorder, I find it best at times to do nothing. Veg out and relax as much as possible. For me I feel doing nothing can be a better option than doing other things that can come to mind. Best wishes, I hope you stay healthy and comfy.
