I am scared. I have been on SSI for 5 years (I think?), and just received notice that I need to do a phone interview by mid-May. I have NO IDEA what I need to do to prepare myself. I am really poor at focusing when I feel under pressure. For instance, I have a very hard time with recall of words, activities, etc. with anyone, really. But, when I'm nervous, the poor results increase significantly!
Those who don't know me often become frustrated on the phone (or in person) because I am always struggling to find the right words. Hell, people who DO know me become frustrated/irritated with me about it. I can't help but worry what this SS guy is going to be thinking!
Please wish me luck, and share any wisdom that you may have about what I can expect. Thank you!
