That leads to Howie and Colonel Crusty. Howie likes to poop while I'm eating. I think he plans it. He has his own extra large litterbox in the bathroom but likes to use Chet's box in my room... on those special occasions. And he still likes to build sandcastles.
He also likes to knock things off just to get my attention.
And the C. He just refuses to groom properly. He has butt cicles. And he just plain smells.
None of that annoys me half as much as the neighbor's damned chihuahuas. I think all the neighbors around are on their last nerves with those little rats.

Callie, who is also not long for this world can be clingy. There are nights I come home exhausted and stressed and just want to be left alone. It's kind of like cleaning up after Al. I remind myself that I will miss her when she's gone. Still I'm human and need/want my own time sometimes.
