There are many people on this board alone who can empathize with your situation. I'm one of them. Have you received any practical based advice on setting and maintaining boundaries with other people? Is there anything in particular that helps with your self control? If so is it a positive means of progression or could it actually be a key contributor to such behaviour? Just some questions i'd be asking myself. Maybe keeping a record of sorts of any patterns you can see will help determine where better communication or any particular changes in your own behaviour/responses is needed. To improve upon an issue like this usually requires some work not to mention support, please know that people here are available and want to listen.
