while I don't suffer from depression anymore I did have suicidal depression for over 30 years. I have terrible anxiety, so much so I am agoraphobic. the world is just not safe. I have to agree that it does stem from my ptsd because my trauma made the world an unsafe place. it made me hate life. it made me miserable. I could not face life because of it. I was so unhappy. I could not cope. that is what made me suicidal. I now have coping skills so no longer depressed but still deal with that terrible anxiety that the world is not a safe place. all because of my ptsd. I have a new t that specializes in trauma. hopefully she will be able to fix it. take care.
