Mine somehow thinks that if I sleep until my alarm that it means I've slept in. So my cat is quite concerned about me being late, and thus decides he simply must come and meow at me. And no, it is NOT a feeding thing because his dry food is always out and available. It's simply a "wake up!!" motivation. It's cute... but also annoying the odd time that my body is actually willing to sleep a whole night!
