Happy Monday all.. feeling pretty crappy today. Actually, Saturday I was pretty miserable, depressed, moody, thoughts were heading to bad places. It freaked me out.. It just came out of nowhere I haven't felt like this for probably a good month. Hoping it is a fluke, and I continue to improve.
