Yes, I've taken APs for this, and they do work to some degree. At least, Stelazine worked for me to reduce anxiety thought I still have paranoia. Nothing seems to touch that much for me.

You'd definitely want to stay away from the more activating APs like Abilify and Latuda. They can make anxiety worse.
