I stopped smoking a little over 16 years ago and I still get hit with a craving here and there. It's easier to handle than in the beginning. I just play "that tape" forward as to how my life would change if I had just one. Just 1 is too many. Have a plan as to what you'll do the next time that craving hits you...brisk walk, deep breaths, brush your teeth. Whatever it takes to stay away from that first one!
