I can't get it out of my head. I've been going through it in my head and I don't get it and I feel I need to know. I know it is ridiculous, but I decided asking for input is probably healthier than trying to stop thinking about it when the thought pops up.
Someone told me that several of my diagnoses are retired and not accurate and not used. It puzzles me.
I am diagnosed (formally) with
depression with anxiety (I have no idea but it seems like a new European thing, that depression is not seen as coming alone)
- I only have mild to moderate depression these days. Because of meds.
Asperger's syndome (It has disappeared from DSM but here we use ICD and it is not meant to disappear until the next version in a few years or so)
ADHD of the ADD type
OCD
- It is much better from meds but I still have it.
Systemic lupus, Sjogren's syndrome and Hashimoto's
I am also "diagnosed" with
seasonal affective disorder
circadian rhythm disorder of the DSPS kind
but those have become subdiagnoses to depression and AS/ADD and do not have a standalone status.

So which one part from Asperger's is a retired diagnosis no longer used?
I'm scratching my brain so much over this.
