My dreams aren't dark, but I can visually see things happeneing to me, hense the "daydreams" I guess they could be called Fantasy's but I don't use that word because they are scary, and I do get tense, it's like watching a movie play, and it doesn't even have to relate to the abuse etc, not always. I usually don't see faces... not even my own.
