I know it is hard but maybe you can let your t decide your dx? I know it is hard not to stress over what it may or may not be but it really is better to just let them do thier job. No matter what, you are not changing, it is just some label that someone assigns so they can treat it more effectively. The important thing is to get all the support you need.
