I agree with second opinions. And push for neurology, too. Don't brush off everything as psychological, with a neuro check. Some things have same symptoms.
Then can rule in or out pmdd.
Anyone mention, neuropathy to you? I don't know your full history. And I'm not about to ask. Bloodwork, you did, is gp bloodwork.
Get a Dr, that is willing to establish a team of specialists..
