You can split the pills in half, so two months worth is $340. Then the savings card kicks in $75 per fill, so you're looking at $132.5 per month. My doctor supplied me with samples for over six months, he gave me 120mg pills and I cut them in half... your doc might be able to do the same.

Also 300% poverty level for a single person is $35k per year, you should qualify for their patient assistance program.
