Yes, we are running out of space, too.... but I can't stop buying books! (Nor can H.) Books give me a tremendous sense of security.
My daughter and I both LOVE books...my daughter is addicted though haha. In the past 2 1/2 or 3 weeks we purchased approximately 40 books for her in 3 shopping trips. Fortunately all were second hand. 2 trips to Goodwill. On the second trip another shopper saw her juggling to hold onto her stack of books and offered her a cart. He then told her that a local library was having a huge book sale. She puraches 16 there..but couldn't say no to shakespear books for .50 and hard cover books for $2... She knows I can't say not to books..she tells me it is better than other addictions she could have... Hubby is planning to build a whole wall floor to ceiling in our house that is just book shelves....

A book is a present you can open again and again.
