What are some of the first line antipsychotics that have the most efficacy in treating the disorganized subtype of schizophrenia? There has got to be some research papers out there that cover this topic?

Lutuda has worked wonders in me, but I'm still not even close to 100%. I'm mulling over the ideal of adding on an additional antipsychotic, and I'm not sure what would be most effective for this. I'm hypersensitive to risperdal and seroquel, so those are out. I'm also unwilling to take anything that makes me gain weight, so zyprexa is out too. What's left, and what are some of the new ones out there that help with this?
