I struggle with the disorganization a lot myself. I don't have answers, I'm taking haldol right now but my pdoc wants to switch me to Latuda. I'm not doing horribly but I'm still nowhere close to 100% either.

Abilify and Saphris are both APs that I've taken before that didn't cause me weight gain and helped with the disorganization aspects of things. But I couldn't stay on either of them because they both caused me terrible akathisia. -.-
