It is extremely rare that I hear a voice, in fact near never, and the same with visual hallucinations. No side effects either, at least for me. Even though we are going through a HUGE amount of stressors, in the past meds wouldn't have worked at this point. I am not having many psychotic symptoms, they are more anxiety symptoms.
