I'm still dealing with consequences of my last major episode, and that was over 2 years ago. I can do some pretty stupid stuff sometimes... It's hard to believe it even happened, but it did. I lost a couple good friends, and a lot of trouble at work which i'm still dealing with.

There's nothing i can do about what happened, and i've beat myself up with regret way too much. I'm trying to just accept it, and take responsibility for my actions. Now i go out of my way to be a good friend so i can keep my relationships. And i stay on meds, see my pdoc, etc to prevent that kind of episode from happening again.
