My boyfriend was diagnosed with Bipolar II several years ago. Can you or anyone else explain a little what the delusions of grandeur are? I see him acting very arrogant, and everything is always about him. Everyone else's feelings are secondary. I don't want to say he has something if he doesn't. Also his newest doctor that I have only been able to get him there once so far said he seems to also have ADHD. I guess basically my question is threefold. What does it mean to have delusions of grandeur, is that always a part of bipolar II, and what if anything can be done about it, just medication?
