Yeah perhaps it is more of a binge drinking issue...because usually when things end up getting sort of dangerous its because I am upset/angry and have decided to just go and get drunk...which doesn't actually help. I suppose that could become an addiction but not so sure I can say for certain I actually reached that point.
But yeah I probably am going to just avoid alcohol in general for a while, see if when I am a little more stable feeling about it if I am fine with just a beer or two....or if I find myself wanting more and more and more.
