I get this for many different reasons and is called by many different things by my treatment providers depending upon other accompanying symptoms........medication problems, Multiple Sclerosis, depression, bipolar disorder, allergies, stress, lack of exercise, depersonalization/derealization.......

the first thing I do is contact my treatment providers so that they can do all the assessing/ diagnosing of where this feeling is coming from. sometimes the solution is as simple as medication adjustment/changes or taking some vacation time off work, or working into my schedule more exercise time or getting back on track using the grounding/stress relief tools my treatment providers have taught me during therapy....

I also know some people where that this kind of thing comes with women in the age bracket of 35- 65 as part of peri menopause, menopause and post menopause. there are many medications out now that can help women going through this, some are vitamins, some are hormone therapy some are other things too.....

I know some people who go through this when they are on diet aids like slim fast, weight watchers, and other fad diets or just not eating correctly for their own body...

there are many reasons why a person will have these symptoms and for each person that goes through it the how to get rid of it is different....

my suggestion contact your treatment providers, they can teach you the grounding/ mindfulness tools that can help should this be from a dissociative problem and they can also help if this turns out to be a nutritional / vitamin deficiency or menopausal problem or what ever the problem turns out to be with in you.
