Yogix, I hope you are doing better today...
Could be a bit TRIGGERing due to mentioning SUI, SI & OD
Thread about keeping tabs by T directed me to this thread as I've realized that usually Ts reach out clients outside the session when they think that a client might be in danger or in a crisis... And I think I am still not sure when T might think that a client is in a crisis - does crisis = SUI attempt? Because I have felt few times that I was in a crisis but I would never make one step too far... And for this reason non of my Ts has ever suggested any medication (and my previous T is also a pdoc) or anything different than normal sessions... That's why I do not understand what a crisis means for Ts... Or even what are the circumstances that they would suggest some medication... In my case it is like that that if my life is not in a direct danger - it's not a crisis for Ts... It did happen that I SI or OD

(but never got hospitalized) bit my lips to bleed due to the constant panic, didn't get up or drink anything for a day or two etc. and my Ts knew about it but I guess it was still not a crisis as nothing has changed in my "treatment"... Hmmm, I guess it's a bit confusing for me... Is it common?
