How often does it happen? I don't think anyone on here will know for sure but you could be right it might just be a random brain misfire where your brain sent out an electrical pulse but something happened with your nerves and it didn't line up or work right so another electrical charge is sometime sent out until it hits another nerve, causing tingling feeling, the shaking would be a response to that tingling that you feel. It could be just that but if you are really concerned or scared you should really see a doctor as soon as possible and make sure everything is ok.
