accept it as a blessing..if your partner wasn't as agreeable it could lead to many arguments, i myself abhor arguments and would much rather settle disputes diplomatically.

perhaps your partner is simply a easy going person.just because your partner doesn't have strong opinions about things doesn't mean they are a bad partner.
also consider this some things in life are a lot more trivial than we make them out to be, perhaps your partner realizes this and would prefer not to have a strong opinion about anything...perhaps your partner is content with things the way they are in your partner's life..thus eliminating the need for a strong opinion...hope this helps
