Hi. I'm glad you are going, based on your post. You will feel better!
I've been in the hospital twice for my bipolar. Basically, you get a schedule for classes. Nothing too strenuous. Some exercising, some gym time, some music, some dbt... really not that hard. The doctors check on you every so often and adjust your meds if need be. You will have a nurse for you every shift. This is great because instead of calling on the phone you just go ask at the front desk for your nurse and voila there he or she is! When you first get there your bathroom is locked which is really the only part that sucks. They unlock it once they think youre safe enough. My hospital even had computers so you never know you might still be able to post here. At any rate, youll be okay. Its new but its not horrible. Its like a little vacation and you'll feel better when you leave. Just take it moment to moment.
