Congrats on finishing your paper, i know that couldn't have been an easy thing to do.
I know what it feels like to feel the "bad stuff" coming on .. but, the way i see it, its good that you can tell. You know that maybe right now you're more vulnurable to feeling down, so do things that will make you feel better, or at least distract you. Focus on your breathing .. a very special person once told me that how you breathe is how you live.
You can get through this, you are a strong girl even if it doesn't feel like it sometimes. You know that you can call/write/msn me if you ever want to talk, or just need someone to listen.
