There are other apps out there to help with various mental illnesses. I have a couple of mood and anxiety apps on my iPhone, and I'm sure androids have their version.
This one differs in that it works (I think) with biofeedback. That's better for me, because in my opinion I have only two moods--very depressed and dangerously depressed. That's not true, of course, but I'm so negative that I refuse to consider anything better.
