I don't have any advise for you RipperJack but hugs anyway. I really (really!!) know how this situation sucks because the same thing happened to me a few years back. I got nailed for being 'negative' and in the same letter, they listed out all of what they perceived as my personality faults. It was a really sucky time in my life! But actually good things did come of it, in that it gave me the kick I needed to really start looking for something else that is a better fit for me.
