Argh, Mother's Day - thank you for reminding me! It's in two weeks' time, and most years we don't do anything (it's not a major thing in this country and we've never celebrated it much in my family) but this year, one of my siblings and I have talked about doing a minor art project thing together for our mother, and I am going to need more than a week for that. Mum lost one of her brothers only a few days ago and I think she's feeling a bit down.
