What would concern me about this product is the development of temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJ).. If the concept is to force your bottom jaw into a forward position, I would imagine it will put a lot of stress on your TMJs -- all sorts of muscles and tendons with a very fragile disc. It would be a toss up between the possibility of developing TMJ disorder (chronic pain, basically, with limited mouth movement) and the cessation of sleep apnea. As far as I know, many of these products are sort of con-esque. However, if I were in your position, I would be apt to try something to see if it works. But again, with the money, $70 might be a waste. I don't know how much a visit to your doctor would be, but I can't imagine it would be a whole lot more money. I know going to the doctor becomes an investment especially if you have sleep apnea -- sleep study appointment followed by a CPAP machine. I would worry moreso if you are ceasing to breath while snoring. That would warrant a trip to the doctor.... Especially if you are saying you are tired after sleeping and it's causing you all sorts of problems during the day which is indicative of sleep apnea.
Sorry that really stinks regardless
