So, my daughters (1 and 3) are with their dad and his new girlfriend today. I feel pretty crappy that they are with their "new family" on mother's day, but I know they are having fun. I think it is especially hard because I have been questioning my mothering abilities for a while now, and the issue of custody is looming. My depression tells me they will be better of with their father. My T tells me otherwise. I'm also concerned that my mental health issues will be used against me. Can anyone relate or inspire some confidence in me?
