This is quite embarrassing for me to say and also I am a little scared of what this could be.

Yesterday I went to the toilet and when I wiped myself I noticed blood on the tissue, I thought it was my period but I also thought this can't be my period as I only finished it last week...Later on when I needed the toilet again and I noticed blood in my water and this was happening every time I went the toilet..Today it seems to be when I wipe myself and just the odd bit of blood in my urine, I have no pain at all.
