It has a half life of 18 hours, which means it will be 90 hours until it reaches steady state in your blood levels. I'm not sure how long it will take to have clinical effect though. I'm guessing it will take a few weeks to reach maximum effectiveness, but I don't know for sure. You'll probably see some benefit quicker than that though.
