I am definitely bipolar. I have been diagnosed as bipolar by 7 different doctors.

During the day I slide along a continuum from normal to hypomania to mania. There is not a trigger. Mania always leads to depression. Sometimes triggers cause me to go str8 into depression. My last psychiatrist said I am an ultra rapid cycler because i went un-medicated for too long.

I feel like the new psychiatrist doesn't believe me and is skeptical. My concern is I will not be treated me properly. I also have epilepsy and I know that some seizures can be misinterpreted as mental illness, so, it is hard to discern what is actually going on. I see the neurologist next month.

So, I was hoping to hear from other people who are ultra rapid cyclers. I have come across no anecdotes or other people who cycle like I do.
