Added benefit; find a mailbox in your neighborhood at least 1/2 a mile away from you and walk to/from each day or every few days for the exercise

I use to get all kinds of benefits on my walks to mail stuff (I bought a whole lot of different postcards and put a quote I liked on each and walked to the mailbox and mailed it to myself each day :-) from thinking about therapy and my life situations, hopes, dreams, etc.
